  • promote individuals, organisations or products/services
  • are outside our consensus view (e.g. of an extreme or contrary nature), or

We will not pass your details on to any other party. The only reason we may use your details is if we need to contact you for administrative reasons regarding the forum you have commented on.

You must not post complaints on the forums or post a complaint about identifiable users, moderators or moderating action.

If you are concerned about a moderating decision, posts or communications from a moderator, the forum rules or another user’s behaviour or post, please email us directly and make sure that you explain your concerns to office@firedoorinspectorsregister.co.uk

All concerns are considered by the Team and then discussed where appropriate. Will usually aim to get back to you in five working days.


  1. Which laws apply to any disputes?

Please note that these Terms of Use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
